Project outline

The first stage is to meet you and discuss your ideas and the aims of your event. From there we work with you to draw up a project outline.

Timescales

Following the outline we will draft a detailed event timeline incorporating all aspects discussed in the project outline. It is vitally important to maintain clear and open channels of communications and we can factor in meetings and deadlines to suit your needs.

Budgets

We pride ourselves working within the budget and providing clear budget breakdowns. Working with reputable suppliers and contacts we will strive to get you the best possible deal.

Event Manual

As standard we compile an event operational manual. This working document will contain every minutiae of information regarding your event and will be used as a reference point for the relevant people in the run up and at the event itself.

Risk assessments are the necessary prerequisite for safe and amazing events. By ensuring a thorough analysis of all possible risks and knowing how to reduce them we are able to provide the best and safest possible service. We keep up-to-date with the latest legislation and ensure we pass this on to you.

Booking venues and production staff

You may have a venue in mind or you may have an idea that needs a home. We can help you find the perfect venue for your event and wonderful people to work on it.

We can also assist with finding appropriate accommodation for your delegates.

External agencies and representatives

With extensive experience of inter-agency working Hybred Productions prides itself on building fantastic relationships with local government and emergency service representatives.

On the day

We will be the first to arrive and the last to leave and at all times the team will ensure that every element is produced correctly. Our first class team are dynamic and responsive able to react quickly when the unexpected happens.
